Issue/Introduction

OM Web Viewer 12.1 hangs after upgrade to Apache Tomcat® 9.0.31. Able to use OM Web Viewer on an unsecured port, not on a secured port.

Resolution

Edit the server.xml file and change the protocol for the secured connector to the http11.nio2 protocol.
