How does the User IDs change to Email address for GCP migration?

As part of the SaaS Clarity PPM GCP migration, how will the user IDs be changed to the email addresses?
Is this required for me to do as prior to upgrade/migration?

This will be done by the Broadcom team as part of the conversion process, so no steps required by the customer for this change
