1. Once subscription workflow is approved in the Portal, will the Developer get an email notification with the client credentials details?
2. When an Org Admin subscribes to an application, will the API Owner get an email notification to approve/reject the request?

1. Once the application has been approved, the developer will login to the tenant portal and go to Publish > Apps. From there, they can click on the application and in the Auth section, the client credentials will be listed.

2. The API Owner will need to login to the tenant portal and go to Administration > Requests and approve/reject the application request. No email notification is sent out. This feature doesn't exist in the product.
