invalid transferkey error

Issue/Introduction

Automic Admin is getting the following error when attempting to start his Agent:

ucxjxxx_l00.txt:20200417/080427.429 - U00003357 Agent '<agent_name>' uses an invalid TransferKey.

ucxjxxx_l01.txt:20200416/225437.948 - U00003357 Agent '<agent_name>' uses an invalid TransferKey.

Environment

Release : 11..x and 12.x

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

Logon to Client 0. Right-click this Agent in the System Overview and choose renew transfer key.

If this doesn´t solve the issue, delete the .kstr file on the file system and restart the agent.
