How can I restrict REST API access on a per user basis as a privilege in CA Spectrum?

Issue/Introduction

By default, any user can use REST API in CA Spectrum which can cause performance issues with unneeded REST calls. We need to be able to restrict the REST API on a per-user basis as a Privilege in OneClick.

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : SPCOCK - Spectrum OneClick

Cause

By default there are not restrictions or permissions for REST access in CA Spectrum.

Resolution

Restrict OneClick RESTful Access to Users

As an administrator, you can allow or restrict the access to the OneClick RESTful APIs only to the DX NetOps Spectrum users. You can set API type-level access for GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE.
