Running TMSEXPDT utility with PARM='TEST', TMC file is not updated. Currently when a PARM='TEST' is used for TMSEXPDT, volumes that would have been updated are not properly described as 'would have been updated'.
With ST12802 test apar applied, the messages displayed are: 0000001 TMC RECORDS WOULD HAVE BEEN UPDATED. 0000013 DSNS ELIGIBLE, NO RDS ENTRY 0000000 RECORDS WOULD HAVE BEEN MODIFIED BY USER EXIT 0000000 RECORDS WOULD HAVE BEEN BYPASSED BY USER EXIT
