Issue/Introduction

 When opening an AFP report with Indexes, the Index screen is not being shown.  This happened after upgrading to Apache Tomcat® 9.0.31.

Environment

  • Output Management Web Viewer 12.1 
  • Apache Tomcat®

Cause

Needed update to server.xml file

Resolution

The issue with the indexes not showing is no longer occurring after changing the protocol for the secured connector in server.xml to the http11.nio2 protocol.
