Issue/Introduction
Trying to run an import of assets through the IT Asset Manager Data Importer. The assets do not import.
In the Itam Data Importer log shows: 1. Model ID is required. 2. Class Key is required. 3. Asset Family Key is required.
Environment
Release : 17.2 or higher
Component : CA Asset Portfolio Management
Resolution
You will need to verify the model exists in the IT Asset Manager application, with the family, class and subclass, as it is in the data file. Also, verify these fields are mapped correctly in the Data Importer job mapping.
