Issue/Introduction

We would like additional documentation on use, process, syntax, and commands for the XSIE tool provided to us by Broadcom.

Resolution

The XSIE tool is provided by your Broadcom Account team.  It is not part of the PAM product or components and is provided "as is" with no warranty or no guarantees.  It is not covered by PAM Support and we cannot commit to fixing problems experienced with the XSIE tool. 

These three pieces of information should be included when you reach out for the XSIE tool.

a. Share the PAM version you plan to use the requested XSIE tool against.

b. Do you already have access to a version of XSIE tool ? If yes, What is the latest version you have?

c. Though it is known that the XSIE tool generally helps with bulk load of devices and accounts, please elaborate the specific reason you intend to use the XSIE tool.

Please continue to work with your Broadcom Account team and Partners on the implementation of the XSIE tool.

Known Limitations  

1. Cannot export/import the Application Type of Sybase Target Applications and Target Accounts.  

2. Cannot export/import any Custom Connector Target Applications and Target Accounts

Additional Information

The latest version of XSIE tool s 20.06.12.

To find the version of XSIE tool you are running, please run the "xsie.exe -version" command
