Can the email sent with the generated One Time Password be sent in multiple languages?

Issue/Introduction
The Identity Manager Forgotten Password Reset task can be configured to generate a One Time Password and send it to the user by email. By default the email that is sent is in English. Can this be sent in other languages as well?

Cause
The email is handled by a System Email Policy, by default this is the "Generated OTP Delivery" Email and the default email included with Identity Manager is written in English.
Resolution
There is not an OOTB option for this so whatever method is chosen would require customization.
One suggestion would be to create localized emails for each language, and have an entry rule for each that would determine the user's locale and then send the appropriate version of the email. For example, add a custom data element that gets the Preferred Language or Locale or other appropriate user attribute, then use that value for the entry rule, e.g. if Preferred Language = French then send the French version of the email.
