Since upgrading to CA Service Catalog 17.2, we are having an intermittent issue with catalog request text being blank after submitting. The text from the request does flow through PAM into the CM in CA Service Desk.
for example :
When raising a request to the offering by inputting some data in the form :
after submitting the request , those input data in the form disappears :
