Create Idea default value fields in New UX inconsistent between Board and Grid view

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect to Clarity - New/Modern UX
2. Go to Ideas
3. Now go to Grid View
4. Click on the + to create a new idea
5. Type the Idea Subject, and Idea ID, hit Enter
6. Note the Idea is created and the fields: Status, Originating Requestor and Progress are set automatically to default values as in Studio
7. Now go to Ideas Board View
8. Click on the + to create a new idea
9. Note the flyout that appears

 

Expected Results: The values for Status, Originating Requestor and Progress to be populated automatically to default values as in Studio and in Grid View

Actual Results: The fields are blank and have to be populated manually or else the Idea will not save

Release : 15.7.1, 15.8, 15.8.1

Resolution

This is DE54431, reviewed by Engineering and converted to User Story as it will require refactoring the Board Card for creating a new item. It has to accommodate fetching default values in create flyout.
