Issue/Introduction
Jobs defined in Applications Manager (AM) that have schedules that use the Europe/Moscow are incorrectly adjusted for Daylight Savings.
Cause
After October 31, 2010 Europe/Moscow no longer adjust for daylight savings. The database entry for Europe/Moscow in Applications Manager currently still adjust for DST. This causes an hour time offset between when Jobs run and actual observed time in Europe/Moscow.
Resolution
The suggest workaround is to assign a timezone which is the same gmt offset as Europe/Moscow (gmt 3) and does not use dst. For example the timezone Etc/GMT-3 has a GMT 3 and does not use DST.
