.NET Agent can't see apps running .NET Core

Issue/Introduction

We have installed .NET agent to an application which uses .NET core and we are running into issues where those apps are not showing up under the .NET process.

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents

Cause

.NET agent 10.7 does not support apps running with .NET Core.

Resolution

.NET Agent 10.7 does not support Apps running with .NET Core.

Need to use the new .NET Agent from DX APM to support app running with .NET Core.
The .NET agent from DX can connect to 10.7 EM.
