the following change was applied Version 3.5 of  CA API Developer Portal Solutions & Patches table : 

Gateway_9.4_Setup_with_Portal_v3.5.zip entry under Version 3.5 was replaced with Gateway_10.0_Setup_with_Portal_v3.5.zip
