CA Infrastructure Management CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration DX NetOps

Issue/Introduction

We cannot schedule a report with a CA Performance Management (CAPM) user in  CA Business Intelligence (CABI) via the REST API.

It is possible only with Jaspersoft users, but the "Parameters" tab is not available (greyed out).

Can you please investigate and let us know how to access the REST API service in CABI with CAPM users.

Resolution

The authentication for PC users is done by logging into CA Performance Center (CAPC), and then drilling down to CABI from CAPC.

The expected workflow is that users log in to CAPC, and then drill down to CABI from CAPC.

There is no way to log into CABI directly with a CAPC user.
