Issue/Introduction

CA Sysview UFILESYS (USS Mounted File Systems Display) returns a value of 100% under the "Used" column or an zFS dataset but the UFILESYS.DETAIL panel (USS Mounted File Systems Detail Display), triggered by the S(elect) line command on the row of the same zFS dataset, shows that actually there are some free blocks. Is this an error?

"Percent of blocks used" is a column calculated as a percentage between used blocks and available blocks values and it's displayed as an integer number (i.e. without  decimal point) followed by a "%" character. As the ratio between used blocks and available blocks usually it's not an integer value, it must be rounded using the common rounding method:

1) If the first decimal number of the ratio is less or equal to 5, the decimal part is discarded and the  "Used" value is rounded to the integer part (e.g. 87.4 is displayed as 87%)

2) If the first decimal number of the ratio is greater than 5, the  "Used" value is rounded to the next integer (e.g. 87.7 is displayed as 88%)
