How to configure the local time zone in reports

Issue/Introduction

While we extract the report from tool, the report generation time is shown in the GMT. How can we change the report generation time zone to the local time zone?

Release : 8.35

Component : OBLCRE : CA Business Service Insight

Resolution

Generally the timezone settings will be at these levels

I. User level
II. Contract / Metric
III. Adapter definition 

1. Click the Report wizard tool. Access the 'Misc' tab in this section and check the timezone dropdown.
2. You will have two options for time zone i.e. 1. User, 2. GMT.
3. Select User and complete the report configuration
Note: Ensure that the User time zone is set to IST time zone
4. On executing the report, you will be able to fetch the results in IST time zone based on the user selected.
