CA Infrastructure Management CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration DX NetOps

Issue/Introduction

Unable to run CABI Top N report from CAPC.  The a pop up error message is displayed with the title "Error filling report" followed by error trace dump output. 
 

Environment

DX NetOps Performance Management and CA Business Intelligence (CABI)

Resolution

1. Stop CABI
stopServers.sh <CABI_HOME> to start/stop CABI server at linux).

2. copy over reportViewerMain.js file from /buildomatic/install_resources/war/jasperserver-pro/optimized-scripts/bower_components/jrs-ui/src/reportViewer

to

/apache-tomcat/webapps/jasperserver-pro/optimized-scripts/bower_components/jrs-ui/src/reportViewer

3. Start CABI. 
startServers.sh scripts in <CABI_HOME> to start CABI server at linux)

Then try and run the same CABI Top N report. 

NOTE : Take backup of the file (if any) from /apache-tomcat/webapps/jasperserver-pro/optimized-scripts/bower_components/jrs-ui/src/reportViewer

Additional Information

Be aware that the DX NetOps Performance Management CABI Data Source Integration has reached End of Service as of May 18th, 2022.
