How to Enable smtp mail debug on IG

Issue/Introduction

How to enable smtp DEBUG in Identity Governance to be possible see the smtp commands in IG log (eurekify.log)?

Environment

Release : 14.1, 14.2, 14.3

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE), CA IDENTITY GOVERNANCE

Cause

Sometimes it's necessary debug what smtp commands are being sent to smtp server to understand why smtp is not working

Resolution

1. In IG Administration Console go to Home > Administration > Settings > Property Settings
2. add a new property mail.debug as value true and save in DB;
3. restart_ig (in vaap) or as service when IG is installed on premise
4. Do a SMTP Checkup to test e-mail 
5. Check inside of eurekify.log now will have SMTP debug as shows these example:

Additional Information

After finish the DEBUG change the setting mail.debug to false and restart IG to disable this debug.
