Issue/Introduction
1. In soapui via Login method generate session id ex: 52324749
2. In the Nx.env the default value for @NX_WEBSERVICE_SESSION_TIMEOUT is 60 minutes. This can be modified as needed.
3. After 60 minutes or as per specified time try to create ticket via createRequest Method using the same session id "52324749" (sid)
4. The ticket is created successfully. The session is still active and does not timeout.

This is a known defect and is currently under investigation by Engineering team with defect id - DE54445 Kindly raise a case with support to know the status of Defect.
