Issue/Introduction

Reports which are scheduled to send emails are intermittently failing to send emails. The reports are generated in the repository successfully but the email is not being delivered to the recipient.

Cause

The schedule is configured to send the report as an attachment in the email. Any report which is > 5MB in size fails to send the report even though Broadcom had a higher limit set to allow email size. 
The cause is due to you having a restriction of 5MB size emails to be allowed and anything more than that will be filtered.

Resolution

Increase the restriction from 5MB to a higher limit on your email side.
