Issue/Introduction

A new interface was added to a device.  It was re-discovered, and is known, with metrics collected.

However previously created dashboards/views for the device with the new interface do not display the interface.

These dashboards/view have time filtering enable for time zones and business hours.

They display the previous interface(s), but not the new one.

Environment

Release : 3.7

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Resolution

The interface was not in any site group to get business hours reporting so it got filtered when business hours was selected since it does not have any.
