Issue/Introduction

Can SEP Mobile be installed a Windows Microsoft Surface X series device?

- You cannot install SEP Mobile on devices with an ARM processor

Environment

• Surface X series devices
• Other ARM processor devices running Windows 10.

Cause

SEP Mobile is only supported on iOS and Android.

Resolution

SEP Mobile is not supported on Windows devices.

ARM support is only for unmanaged (self-managed) Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) or cloud-managed Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) clients at this time.
