Issue/Introduction

AP portal list update fails, whitelist, blacklist data is not received on the client.

Environment

Release : Client version: 14.0, SEPM version: 14.2 RU2

Cause

Mismatch of Agent > SEPM server versions.

Resolution

Upgrade the clients to the version the SEPM is running to resolve the issue.
