When comparing CAPM retired inventory list with Spectrum inventory, can see few of the devices in Spectrum showing as active but in PM showing retired. Why this mismatch?

The Retired Life Cycle state can be set in CA Performance Management independently of Spectrum:

Note: in CAPM 3.7 a change was made that devices are no longer set to Retired in CA Performance Management (CAPM) when deleted in Spectrum.
Per the documentation above, if you set a device to Maintenance in Spectrum, that status will be synced to CAPM.
