How to schedule report based on hours / days in DX NetOps CA Performance Management (CAPM)

Issue/Introduction

How can reports be scheduled based on hours / days, Weekdays only, weekend only, 7am-5pm, 5pm-7am, or from one specific date in a month to the next day in the following month. For example, to cover a billing period starting from the 15th of a month to the 16th of the following month, this would mean that the report date/time range will vary depending on the months involved so precluding the use of fixed time ranges such as "previous month".

In the options for emailing/scheduling reports, there appear to be only monthly, weekly, daily etc but time & day can't be adjusted.

Resolution

There is no way currently to schedule reports for exact hours of the day. We only have the following options:

Last Hour
Last 24 Hours
Last 30 Days
Today
Yesterday
Last 4 Hours
Last 7 Days
Last 3 Months
Current Week
Previous Week
Last 8 Hours
Last 14 Days
Last 12 Months
Current Month
Previous Month

It may be possible to get specific times as a work around using business hours for the reports however, there is no current way to specify specific start & end dates of various months.
