Issue/Introduction

We are cited by client's Cyber Security for CAPC login page Web page exposing LDAP connection User, Password and credential.

Need help resolve this today please.

Environment

Release : 3.7

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Resolution

This Troubleshooting Information section on the login page is controlled by this file:

/opt/CA/PerformanceCenter/sso/webapps/sso/configuration.jsp

The default setting is false, if this is showing it is likely that it was turned on during troubleshooting and never turned off.  To disable it set:

boolean troubleshoot = true;

to

boolean troubleshoot = false; 

then save the file.

This will update the settings "on the fly" with no services needing to be restarted.
