Collector Service will not start after fresh install

Issue/Introduction

After installing UCM 4.3.3 standalone, the collector service will not start or provide logging

Environment

Release : 4.3.3

Component : NQUCM - UNIFIED COMMUICATION MONITOR

Cause

Current defect where the installation software does not lay down a required driver for the collector service

Resolution

This issue will be remedied in a future release. In the meantime, please reach out to support for the required driver files.
