Issue/Introduction
While creating Requisition, if we select a Booking Manager and then we log in with the Booking Manager, we are unable to see Propose Button.
What access is required in order to see the Propose button?
Environment
Release : All Supported Releases
Component : CA PPM SAAS RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Resolution
Step 1. Check to ensure the user has one of the below Access Rights:
Soft or Hard booking rights
Note: User will have to click on the Requisition to see the propose button.
From the requisition list, they won't see the Propose button, but will see the Book button.
OR

Project - Create/Edit Requisitions
This can be granted at instance, OBS or global level
It allows the users to see the Propose button from both the requisition list and requisition
The right allows a user to:
Create new requisitions
Edit existing requisitions
Delete requisitions
With this access right, if you also have the Project - Edit rights, then you can also accept requisitions.

Step 2. Check the Requisition Status to make sure it is in Open Status
The user with appropriate access right should see the
Propose
button once the requisition is in
Open
status.
It won't display for the requisition if the status is "
New
".
