Issue/Introduction

When checking Clarity PPM license usage you found the following Clarity PPM Admin Accounts in Administration > Organization and Access > Resources, they are all using Full access license type.

Can any of the Clarity PPM Admin Accounts listed below be deactivated?

Environment

Any Supported Clarity Releases on Clarity Broadcom SaaS

Resolution

  • The Clarity Admin Accounts are required accounts and are needed to administer the Clarity SaaS application.
  • They are created by either the Clarity installation or the Clarity PPM SaaS Team for properly administering the application and should remain active
  • We do not recommend changing or updating those users in any way.
  • The seeded admin users are not counted as Full license in our license counts
  • For additional licensing questions please talk to your sales representative.
