Move/Delete Exchange Mailbox failed on AD Account which has mailbox using Provisioning Manager. A dialog appears with the following message.
This Account does not have a Mailbox
1. Use Provisioning Manager and search the AD/Exchange Endpoint, right-click the AD Endpoint item and select Content..., then in the dialog that appears, search for existing ADSAccount.
2. Right-click the displayed ADSAccount item then select Custom...> Delete Mailbox. The dialog with the following message appears and mailbox of the ADSAccount is not deleted.
"This Account does not have a Mailbox."
3. Right-click the ADSAccount item then select Custom...> Move Mailbox. The dialog with the following message appears and mailbox of the ADSAccount is not moved.
"This Account does not have a Mailbox."
