Issue/Introduction
When trying to filter on Release in a view, a particular Release is not available to be filtered on
Environment
Release : SAAS
Component : API FOR AGILE CENTRAL
Resolution
There are three instances in which a release may not show in a filter
1) Project scoping
2) Release is set to Accepted and being filtered from the list
3) More than 50 projects in the workspace and several releases that span all those projects
