We have started to experience user issues with checkout (browse or update) now that offshore users started using VDI’s to access Harvest. This is due to them now having to work from home.
They can open Harvest and navigate around, but the client timeout during checkout.
Is this a network-only issue?

We added the hclient.arg file to the folder where SCM was installed and included the "-cm=a" option.
In another very similar case, the "-cm=i" option resolved the problem. If one of these options does not work, you should try the other.
