SV-Registry startup error ORA-00942 with Oracle 18c Database

Issue/Introduction

We are in the process of upgrading our server to Windows 2016. We are getting the below error when we start Registry.  

DEVTEST 10.5
Database: Oracle 18c

 Registry log  shows

 

org.springframework.beans.BeanInstantiationException: Failed to instantiate [org.grails.orm.hibernate.HibernateDatastore]: Constructor threw exception; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.SQLGrammarException: Error creating DatabaseInformation for schema validation

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Cause

Oracle 18c is not certified. 

Environment

Release : 10.5

Component : CA Service Virtualization

Resolution

Oracle 18c  might work with DevTest 10.5  but it's not certified yet.  This is on our roadmap
