For Power Users, under the Administrator Groups it says
"Select one or more groups for user to administer. The user will be able to create and modify groups under these groups"
We have created folders for our power users for them to create their own groups.
This power user is not able to edit a group in his folder that was originally created by an admin.
Why is that, shouldn't he be able to edit this group?
The user can administer the subgroups in the extent that they can only add items that are in their parent group.
This was done intentionally as the goal is to limit their access outside of that group.

Add anything that you want the user to have administration over to the parent group that the user has access to.
