Unable to choose Format PDF (dropdown) if you use R3_GET_JOB_SPOOL

Issue/Introduction

In the current version of AWI 12.3.2 and 12.2  with SAP Agent 12.3.2 it's not possible to choose Format PDF, BIN,DAT(dropdown) if you use R3_GET_JOB_SPOOL

This was working fine in Automation Engine 10.0.6 with the Java UI

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to process Assembly

Create a SAP_ABAP Job 

Go to the process tab and click on SAP form and click on 'add commands'

Click on spool lists

Click on transfer spool lists (R3_GET_JOB_SPOOL)

Go to parameters Format

The drop down menu only has three entries TXT,  RAW and HTM

The PDF,BIN,DAT formats are missing

Cause

A problem has been fixed where the list of possible format values in the forms of R3_GET_JOB_SPOOL was incomplete.
The values PDF, BIN and DAT were missing.

Resolution

Workarounds:

a) Put this line into the process TAB (Script) you'll see PDF in Format

R3_GET_JOB_SPOOL FORMAT=PDF,SPOOLNR=123465798

b)Use Java GUI 12.0.7 to modify to PDF / BIN

c) Export the SAP Job via AWI, edit the xml file replacing the FORMAT to PDF or BIN, and Import the SAP Job again via AWI.

 

Solution:
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
