Agent Inventory in WCC Datastore show disable

Issue/Introduction
We upgraded WAAE to 11.3.6 SP8 and WCC to 11.4 SP7. Datasources in Agent Inverntory is showing disable even thought validation is validating without any errors.
Webserver is working from browser https://WAAEserver.xyz.com:9443/AEWS/machine/V_XXXXX-PrimaryEP and we are using this url : https://WAAEserver.xyz.com:9443/AEWS in WCC configuation and is validating successfully but the Datastore still shows disable.
We are using certificates for WAAE instead of password for EEM. The eemtrace log was resolved with certificate. Everything is working from Webservices side as stated it is working from browser. The issue is that datasources is disable even after validation in WCC. We have imported the WAAE certs into WCC so it is validating fine.
Here is error we see from WAAE webservice logs:

Resolution
The AutoServer_Id parameter in the $AUTOUSER/config.$AUTOSYS file cannot have a comma separated list.
AutoServerId is a unique identifier for the Application Server.
The AutoServer parameter can have a comma separated list of Applications Servers in the event that the first one in the list is unavailable it can try other servers.
