A task scheduled for the "Suggested Storage Group View" user view is configured to generate Excel workbook while the Windows Client scheduler (the scheduler) is running as a service. Excel workbook cannot be generated under the SYSTEM account, under which the scheduler is typically running. The scheduled task gets stuck while attempting to generate the workbook and thus blocks other scheduled tasks. When we restarted the scheduler as an application and force activated the scheduled task for "Suggested Storage Group View" user view the workbook got generated correctly without blocking other scheduled task.
Per our recommendation customer disabled scheduling for "Suggested Storage Group View" and will generate the Excel workbook for this user view manually via "Options" -> "View and Output Definition" -> "Perform".
Customer will verify the other scheduled tasks run correctly and regularly now.
