DX Unified Infrastructure Management (Nimsoft / UIM)

Removed Robot from INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER still generate alarms.

Release : 8.51

Component : UIM - REBOOT

If the robots can communicate with the hub, they will continue to report alarms / qos. Deleting the device in UMP will not remove the robot. Once the nimsoft service on the robot reconnects, it will report again. If those robots keep coming back, that means the robots still exist and are able to talk to the hub.

The procedure should be to stop the robot service FIRST or uninstall the robot. If this is not done alarms and qos will keep flowing. Once the robot is stopped or uninstalled then remove the robot.sds file and it will not return. If it can not be uninstalled, them it will be needed to setup firewall rule to block communication from that machine to the hub on port 48002.
