Unable to download DevTest 10.6 from the Support portal

Issue/Introduction

I am not able to download the DevTest 10.6 from portal, via browser, once file get downloaded its not opening up.

Following is required for me

Windows 64 - DevTest Server for performance

Service catalog for windows 64 box.

 

Environment

Release : 10.6

Component : CA Application Test

here is what you should download.

1. https://support.broadcom.com/download-center/product-download.html?subfamily=SERVICE%20VIRTUALIZATION

2. Click on " CA LISA Service Virtualization MULTI-PLATFORM" , From Drop down pick 10.6

3. For Linux download
DevTest 10.6 Linux x64

4.For Windows download
