Issue/Introduction

WebCenter is the legacy web browser interface for CA NetMaster NM for TCP/IP and is deprecated since April 1st 2020, as per "Stabilization and Intention to Deprecate Announcement for WebCenter and ReportCenter within CA NetMaster and CA SOLVE" document.

Is there any way to disable the WebCenter interface of a NetMaster region?

Resolution

WebCenter can be disabled setting global variable $WCOFF to YES.

Within the $NMPARMS member located in testexec, add the following STMT:
 
&GLBL$WCOFF  =  YES

Mainframe Team Center - Network Management (MTC-NM) is the modern web interace for CA NetMaster NM for TCP/IP. MTC-NM includes several features, including IP Summary, Command Entry, Ping & Traceroute, SmartTrace, Alert Monitor, and Resource Monitor.
