Unable to activate license using the shared key

Issue/Introduction

We have received ARD license key from licensing team . However I am not able to activate the license using that key .
Getting error as "ImportCmCt failed: The CmAct licence has to be activated again, Error 263" .  Please help me in resolving the issue.

Environment

Release : 2.8, 2.9

Component : AGILE REQUIREMENT DESIGNER LICENSE

Resolution

It looks like license container in code meter got corrupted. Could you delete and import the license container by following steps given in below video

And then, request and generate new offline license by following steps given in below link:
