Issue/Introduction

When attempting to set a timezone for a user in client 0, the following is displayed: 

U00020603 Warning: SET_SESSION_SETTING: Invalid USER_TZ: 'TZ.EST' for user: 'UC/UC' - client time zone: '' is set for this user.

Cause

Default timezones are not allowing for correct assignment. 

Resolution

This was fixed with AWI 12.3.3
