Unable to add a Sponsor attribute or other field to a Filter view

Issue/Introduction

• I'm trying to add the sponsor attribute to the project filter.
• If I go to the project object and then to the view tab and click on fields for project filter, I see it as available, but not selected.
• How do I move it from available to selected?

Resolution

If you can't find the field you are trying to add in the Available column:

• Check in the Fields section in Views to see if it's renamed to something different then in Attributes:

1. Go to Administration->Studio->Objects->Project->Views
2. Click the 'Fields' link for View = Project and Category = List Filter
3. Click Ctrl + F and look for the attribute named Sponsor
4. Check to see if it has a different Filter Label name, if yes search for that name in the Available section in the steps below

To add a field to the filter view:

1. Go to Administration->Studio->Objects->Project->Views
2. Click the 'Layout' link for View = Project and Category = List Filter
3. Click on the Sponsor field under the Available section

     The field will become highlighted
 
     4. Click 'Add Field'

     5. Click Save

Note: You can then also click the 'Move Field' option after that to move it to a different column in the Selected section (make sure the field is highlighted).
