AWA: Disable PMM* tables

Issue/Introduction

In active systems, the tables related to Performance Management (PMM*) may grow extremely rapidly, causing a strain on overall DB resources. 

How can these be disabled?

Resolution

Per the documentation, these settings can be changed via UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS:

PERFORMANCE=N will disable the collection of performance metrics.
