PAM-CM-0056: NFS mount operation unsuccessful

Issue/Introduction

The following error appears when trying to mount an external storage to store the Session Recordings:

PAM-CM-0056: NFS mount operation unsuccessful.

Cause

This error can be caused for many different reasons.
One of these causes can be not having the PAM Server hostname in the storage device export list.

Resolution

If the problem is with a missing entry in the storage device export list, adding the PAM Server to the storage system NFS export list should resolve this problem.
