Adding a new Endevor processor and it fails with C1X0206E INVALID--KEYWORD CONFIG

There is no CONFIG keyword in the processor. What is wrong?

All Supported Releases

Cause

The Automated Configuration Manager (ACM) keyword MONITOR is specified but ASCM option in the C1DEFLTS is set to N. 

Resolution

If licensed for ACM, set the ASCM option to Y in the C1DEFLTS.
   Reassemble and link the C1DEFLTS table.

If not licensed for ACM, remove the all MONITOR=  keywords from the processor.
