After Upgrade to 12.3 the "(i) Message" indicator not working

Issue/Introduction

After Upgrade to 12.3 in AWI the "(i) Message" indicator is not changing it's color on new messages

1. create a job or script that causes an error message in the message window

2. execute this task

3. see that the message indicator doesn't turn red

Below screenshot shows the behavior difference between 12.2 and 12.3 

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

This will be Fixed in 12.3.3. Scheduled Release by End of June 2020.
