SpectroSERVERs crashing after installing BMP on top of debug patches

Issue/Introduction

Crashes are noted after installing the Spectrum BMP patches on any release on top of existing debug patches

Cause

Only some files are over written by the BMP vs a very specific debug patch.
This is causing inconsistencies in the code running for the SpectroSERVER.

Resolution

Uninstall any debug patch and then monitor the situation.
If the issue that was fixed by the debug patch comes back - please contact support to have an updated patch built on top of the BMP code stream.
